Our Business

We custom build all of our jigs and fixtures, and we design and build our own tooling, when purchasing is not an option.

We are able to achieve a fast turn around on jobs because of our highly skilled employees and state of the art technology. We are also able to achieve this by using CAD/CAM software, AutoCad and Gibbs Cam, and the relationships we have built over 35 years with our metal and tooling suppliers.

QUALITY:
We do 100% inspection on our parts at each stage of manufacturing, even before the parts reach QC. We closely follow ISO standards and are looking into becoming certified. Inspection reports are always sent with orders and are kept on file at Haynes Machine for at least five years.

We understand what delivery dates and quality mean. The customer will receive their order on time with satisfaction, knowing their parts are ready to be used. We are versatile in the aspect that we can make precision parts that fit into the palm of your hand and parts that have to be lifted with a 10 Ton crane. All of our employees have 10+ years experience. We have welders that are certified. Our employees are cross trained so that they are multi-skilled. Also, we are located in Alabama where material and labor cost are lower.

We do the design work from the customer’s concepts. Haynes Machine also, on a regular basis, does part modifications. Doing part modifications, we can use the parts that they already have, and not have to start over with new material. We also rework your existing worn parts back to the original print specifications. Haynes machine has no problem doing research and development work, we are up for the challenge. Through our 35 years of existence, Haynes Machine has been known for taking on jobs that other companies have given up on.

We have long term customer relationships, for example, we have been working for a company out of Florida since 1999, a company out of Pell City, Alabama for 16 years, a company in the automotive industry for 7 years. Customer references are available upon request.
